How to receive and download a Turnitin receipt
When your assignment is uploading you will see a screen similar to this
Immediately after you have submitted your assignment successfully to Turnitin through Moodle, you will see a screen similar to the following:
RECOMMENDED: Make a note of this Turnitin submission ID.
You can also save the page or print it as a record. (Use the PRINT SCREEN button and paste the result into any image program including Paint, or into Word)
Note - students no longer receive an email with your ID number as a digital receipt.
Finding your receipt later on
Also, once you have submitted an assignment - provided the dropbox has been set up to allow you to view originality reports - you can download a digital receipt. To do this go to the Turnitin dropbox where you submitted your assignment. Within the Turnitin dashboard click on either the pencil icon in the Grade column or the percentage bar in the Similarity column to access GradeMark.
In the GradeMark window click on the printer icon towards the bottom left, this will bring up three options. Select the 'Download PDF of digital receipt for printing' which will give you an option to save a digital receipt in PDF format onto your computer. You now have a PDF digital receipt which you can either print out or keep on your computer which contains the details of when you submitted.
