The Feedback Dictionary

This short dictionary of feedback is a resource to provide you with explanations and examples to help you understand some of the most common feedback given to students. You should use it alongside the feedback provided by your tutors to help you understand how to improve future submissions.  The examples are chiefly politics-based but should be comprehensible to all readers.

This resource is compiled in alphabetical order by keyword, just like a regular dictionary. There is an index at the back that also lists some of the keywords under thematic headings. The index is very useful if you’re not sure what you’re looking for.

Good luck!
