Here's how to clear your cache

Open Firefox

    On the 'Open menu' (Hamburger icon in the top right) select 'Settings' Image Removed

  3. Select Scroll to 'Cookies and Site Data'
  4. Select 'Clear data'

  5. Make sure the "Cached Web Content" box is ticked and click on the 'Clear' button.
  6. Close the browser and reopen

  • Select the General tab
  • Under 'Browsing history', click on the Delete button. Image Removed
  • Un-check the 'Preserve Favorites website data' box.
  • Check the 'Temporary Internet files and website files', 'Cookies and website data', and 'History' boxes.
  • Click 'Delete' and then when you return to the 'Internet Options' screen, click 'OK'
  • Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.
