How do I create a table with border and grid lines in Moodle?

This refers to Moodle 2.6 from September 2014 onwards

Inserting a table in a Label or Page is simple and includes options to add a border and grid lines.  When creating a table, the option to add a border is under the General tab (see below). The number entered in the Border field sets the thickness of the border where 1 is a thin border and higher numbers result in a thicker line.

After setting the border, you can then click on the Advanced tab to set the border colour (see below).
