I am passionate about supporting learners with technology and enabling staff to do so in the most effective and least time-consuming ways.

As well as an encyclopaedic knowledge of Moodle, I have research interest in online and blended communities of practice, learning communities, participatory active online learning and escape games in education.

I was honoured to receive a Lord Dearing Award in 2022 for my commitment to learing and teaching in these areas.
