Tip: ‘Beep’ is like ‘Poke’ in Facebook, it’s a way to get the attention of someone you’re talking to. If you both have the sound turned on your computer you should both hear a beep as well.

Tip: Your tutor may have enabled viewing of past chat sessions so you can keep track of any conversations you’ve had with other students. This is not editable; it’s only a record of what was discussed and you cannot see other peoples discussions if you weren’t there to take part. 3.
