How to receive and download a Turnitin receipt
This refers to Moodle 4.3 from August 2024 onwards.
Receiving and Downloading a Turnitin Digital Receipt
When your assignment is uploading you will see a message on the screen saying your assignment is being uploaded.

Immediately after you When you have submitted your assignment successfully to Turnitin through Moodle, you will see a screen showing your digital receipt.

You should also receive an email with your ID number as a digital receipt.
This email will be sent to your University email address. Please ensure it is not treated as junk and that you clear out your account so that it is not too full to receive the message.

Also, once you have submitted an assignment you can download a digital receipt in [Title of Turnitin assignment] > My submissions.
Click on your submission to open it in a Turnitin Viewing Window.

In the Turnitin viewing window click on the Print/Download button (indicated in the screenshot above) to get the option to print/download either your submission or its digital receipt.

- Click into the Turnitin assignment.
- Click View Digital Receipt, to the left of the Submission Title

- Your Digital Receipt will appear. Click Print, found in the bottom right
