Modules that are not Campus Solutions coded

Modules that are not in Campus Solutions (My Nottingham) are not automatically linked to the Echo360 Engage system so please email the following information to engage@nottingham.ac.uk so that the Echo360 Engage module can be set up for you:

  • Module short name
  • Course/Module Name
  • A list of tutors on each course including
    • Username:
    • First name:
    • Surname:
    • email address:

When you receive a confirmation that they have added the module to the Echo360 Engage system, you can start recording.

To find the Module short name:

1. On your Moodle page, click on the 'Settings' tab towards the top of the module.

2. A new page will open. You will be able to find the 'Module short name' in the 'General' section. From here you will be able to copy and paste the short name into an email to the Engage team.
