Arts and Social Sciences - Location: University Park, Monica Partridge Building. When: Tuesdays 12-2pm (Starting 3rd October 2023). Alternatively, access theyou can access on MS Teams: Arts and Social Sciences Learning Technology Virtual Drop on MS Teams-in.

Engineering - Location: University Park A9 Coates. When: Wednesdays and Thursdays 1-3pm. 

Alternatively, access the Engineering you can access on MS Teams 1-3pm daily:  Engineering Learning Technology Virtual Drop-in 1-3 pm daily. 

Medicine and Health Sciences (MHS) - Location: Medical School, E62 MHS Hub. When: Thursdays 12-2pm.

Alternatively, access the MHS you can access on MS Teams every Thursday 12-2pm:  MHS Learning Technology Virtual Drop-in 12-2pm every Thursday. 

Science - Location: University Park A9 Coates. When: Alternate Thursdays 11-12pm (Starting 5th October 2023). 

Biosciences and Veterinary School - Location: Sutton Bonington Campus, North Lab, B floor opposite B08. When: Alternate Mondays 11-1pm (Starting 2nd October 2023).

Support when accessing the all faculties digital drop in -in.

1. When accessing the digital learning drop-in on Teams, click on the channel 'Ask for Help' in the left menu.
   
   
   
   
   
2. To ask your question, click the box marked 'start a new conversation' 
   
   
   
   
3. Add your subject title and then type your message. Remember to keep it brief (it will be seen by everyone) and know that we will contact you via Teams. Please do not put a telephone number or your email address. We will take the chat private if you would prefer. 
   
   Before you press 'Post', make sure you tag a Helper. To do this press the @ button and type Helpers. 
   
   
   
   
4. The chat is monitored constantly so a member of the team will be in touch.
