Sometimes you may need to clear your browser's cache to be able to see updated content more effectively.

Here's how to clear your cache

In Firefox Image Modified

Open Firefox

1. Image Added
   
   On the 'Open menu' (Hamburger icon in the top right) select 'Settings' Image Removed
   
   
2. Choose the Image Removed'Privacy and security icon (left hand column)Image Added
3. Select Scroll to 'Cookies and Site Data'
4. Select 'Clear data'
   
   Image Added
   
5. Make sure the "Cached Web Content" box is ticked and click on the 'Clear' button.
6. Close the browser and reopen

 Click on the Cogwheel icon (top right) and select 'Internet Options' from the drop-down menu  Image Removed

• Select the General tab
• Under 'Browsing history', click on the Delete button. Image Removed
• Un-check the 'Preserve Favorites website data' box.
• Check the 'Temporary Internet files and website files', 'Cookies and website data', and 'History' boxes.
• Click 'Delete' and then when you return to the 'Internet Options' screen, click 'OK'
• Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.

2. In the Clear browsing data window, you can choose the time range for which you want to clear the cache. If you want to clear all cached data, select 'All time'.
3. Check the boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
4. Click on

2. Close the browser and reopen

In Edge  Image Modified

Open Microsoft Edge

1. At the top right, click Settings and more (or the three dots) 
   
   Image AddedClick on the '...' at the top of the browser
   
   
2. Select Settings  Image Removed
3. From the Menu options (hamburger) on the left, select 'Privacy, search, and services'   Image Removed
   
   Image Added
   
   
4. Under 'Clear browsing data', click on the 'Choose what to clear' button   button
   
     Image Modified
   
   
5. Check the boxes for 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'
6. Click on the 'Clear now' button
7. Close browser and reopen
