How to add a custom HTML block to your Dashboard or module page

1. Browse to the Moodle category or frequently used website you want to link to
2. Select the URL in the browser address bar and copy that URL
3. Open another Moodle window or tab
4. Go to Dashboard
5. Click 'Customise this page' on top right OR on a module click 'Turn Editing On' Click 'Edit mode' (top right)
