If you are creating online summative exams then ExamSys (formerly called Rogo) should be used. It is more is more secure than Moodle quiz and has features that are used to support the full lifecycle of a summative exam. We shall also be developing Rogo developing ExamSys (formerly called Rogo) to meet University needs whereas Moodle quiz shall remain as you see it nowis developed by the Moodle community whose priporities may not be the same as ours.. 

Add a Moodle Quiz

1. Click on the 'Turn editing on' button in your module (top right). 
2. In the section you want to add it to click on the + Add an activity or resource hyperlink
   
3. Select the 'Quiz' activity
