Here's how to clear your cache
In FirefoxFirefox Image Added
- Open Firefox
- On the 'Open menu' (Hamburger icon in the top right) select 'OptionsSettings' Image Added
- Choose the 'Advanced' icon Image Added icon (left hand column)
- Select 'NetworkCookies and Site Data'
- Under Make sure the "Cached Web Content" header click box is ticked and click on the 'Clear now' button.
- Close the browser and reopen

Click on the cogwheel Cogwheel icon (top right) and select 'Internet Options' from the drop-down menu

- Select the General tab
- Under 'Browsing history', click on the Delete button. Image Added
- Un-check the "'Preserve Favorites website data" ' box.
- Check the "'Temporary Internet files and website files"', " 'Cookies and website data"', and "'History" ' boxes.
- Click 'Delete' and then when you return to the 'Internet Options' screen, click 'OK'
- Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.

- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click 'More' (or the three dots) .

- Scroll down and click Privacy and Security
- click the 'Arrow' next to Clear arrow next to 'Clear browsing data' Image Added
- Check the boxes next to 'Cookies Next to “Cookies and other site data” data' and “Cached images 'Cached images and files,” check the boxes'.
- Click on the 'Clear data' button.
- Close the browser and reopen

- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click on the '...' at the top of the browser
