On your My Media page (found under Site home in Moodle), click on the video thumbnail, then select Caption & Enrich from the ACTIONS menu:
Complete the form and press on the Submit button:

You will see a confirmation message:

The status will initially be pending

Image Added

The Edit Media page opens. Choose the Captions tab.
Upload a caption file (SRT, DFXP formats are supported).
