• After clicking Add submission, in the upload screen for online text click the Mediaspace button (marked below).

• Once you're in Mediaspace, select Add New > Media Upload in the top-right of the page.

• The file will appear in the Online Text Assignment textbox box as a hyperlink. Click Save Changes to submit and view your file.

• If you happy with your submission you can navigate away from the submission page and continue with your other tasks. 
• If you wish to resubmit, click Edit Submission begin the process again.

• Enter Paste the URL of the video and tick 'Open in new window'
  Image Removedfor your media source into the Create Link dialog box and click Open in New Window > Create Link.

• The file will appear in the Online Text box as a hyperlink. Your description should be written underneath the link.
• Click Save Changes to submit and view your file.

• Your submission is now complete and the Submission Status should show as 'Submitted for grading' (in green).
• If your submission was late, Time Remaining will be highlighted red and it will show how late the submission was.

• If you happy with your submission you can navigate away from the submission page and continue with your other tasks. 
• If you wish to resubmit, click Edit Submission begin the process again
• Click Create link
• Add any message for the marker
• Click Save changes Image Removed
• Ensure you have linked to the video URL correctly AND included the required information (you can change it by clicking Edit submission)
• Click Submit assignment to finalise  it. You will not be able to change it after this.
