 Click the ‘Options…’ button to the right of the drop down from step 4 and ensure that ‘Add file names as bookmarks’ is ticked, then click OK.

 

 Click the big ‘Start PDF creation’ button at the bottom, and wait while Nuance creates your PDF. Once complete you will be able to send it out in an email.
