To change email mode:

Go to My home
Under Settings Under Administration > My profile settings click Edit profile
Next to Email digest type select "Complete (daily email with full posts)" or "Subjects (daily email with subjects only)"
OR
Select No digest (single email per forum post)
Click Update profile (which is at the bottom of the page (not shown in screenshot) Image Removed
